Background:
Ruispiri Biodynamic Vineyard was founded in 2016. Giorgi Aladashvili is a pioneer in using biodynamic approaches in viticulture and winemaking in Georgia. The main motivation was to create a balanced and healthy environment for his family production. Gradually he expanded the business and started wine, agro and culinary tourism at his winery. Today, Ruispiri Biodynamic Vineyard owns a Georgian traditional wine cellar, restaurant, family hotel, relaxation and training space, 3 hectares of vineyard, various fruit orchard and a plot for growing vegetables, as well as a mixed livestock farm (cattle, sheep, pigs, beehives) and produces animal food for his livestock.
Anyone has an opportunity to visit the winery and taste local wines and dishes, to book the wine tasting and masterclasses and to stay at the hotel and enjoy the healthy environment.
Ruispiri Biodynamic Vineyard is certified as organic by Caucascert and it is a member of the Nicola Joli association in France.

Operating in Georgia and exporting wines in many countries of the world (Switzerland, Belgium, Singapore, France, Germany and others). The company has its own wine base in Switzerland and Georgia, from where wines are shipped to various countries of the world. Produces grapes and wine using biodynamic methods. In addition, the company produces fruits, vegetables, dairy and agricultural products (churchkhela, dried fruits, jams, murabas, honey, cheese and others). Vineyare mostly focuses on retail trade and supplies various restaurants, bars, wine shops and offers wine tourism at the wine cellar. The farm is located in Telavi, around 1 hour drive from Tbilisi and it is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

The owner offers lectures and consultations about biodynamic agriculture to interested farmers.
