Background: The organization was founded in July 2016 as a family cheese producer. Slowly they extended their business and nowadays with modern technologies they produce cheese, cream and butter. In 2021, they are planning to grow their business by adding other dairy products from lactic acid production. Besides, they are building private high-technological cattle livestock. The business already has established HACCP and ISO standards. Their motto is: “quality raw material, quality production”.

Short presentation of the center/object: The company operates mainly in Georgia, but they exported to Azerbaijan, Israel and USA. They use raw material from own farm and buy from local farmers and seasonally from large suppliers (White Farm, Kvareli’s Baga). The company sells to big supermarkets (Fresco, Ori Nabiji, Zgapari, Madagoni), restaurants (mostly suspended during the COVID-19), traders and individual consumers. The premises are 40 minutes’ drive from Tbilisi by car.

Services provided by the center: The company buys milk from local farms. They have on-site delivery service across Georgia in case of large orders.

Periodicity: Works throughout the whole year.

The production offered by the center: Traditional Georgian cheese (Sulguni and smoked Sulguni), milk and Matsoni (fermented milk).

●      Livestock farmers can sell their products. They must have a veterinary documentation for the cattle, each animal needs to be identified and have a special calendar of necessary vaccinations.
