The shop started in 2020 as a reaction to the COVID crisis. The owners used to have food shops that failed due to the crisis. Then they decided to diversify the former family shop for fruits and vegetables into a shop that offers a variety of food items produced by farmers and food processers from Strandzha area.

Short presentation of the center/object:

The shop offers local products and such from Strandzha region to citizens and guest of Bourgas and the surrounding small towns along the southern Black Sea coast.

Small and medium farmers and food processers from Strandzha region sell their products in the shop. In order to more fully meet the needs of its customers the shop offers conventional food as well. However, the farmers’ food is presented in specific spaces of the shop which helps the visitors to easily distinguish and access them.

Mainly individual clients, but also chefs from restaurants in the area visit the shop and buy food from it.

The shop is at the exit of Bourgas on the road to the town of Malko Tarnovo

Services provided by the center:

It is accessible by private transport. There is no public transport.

This is a retail shop. It offers produce of its owners and is a space which offers food of local farmers and food processers from Strandzha region.

The only marketing is from mouth to mouth

The shop is open all year round. It has winter and summer working hours. Sunday the shop is closed.

Production offered by the center

Fruits and vegetables, mushrooms, honey and bee products, milk and meat products, herbs and spices, pastries, wines and spirits from local small producers, beverages, including pure apple juice.

It sells their own produce (tomatows, peppers, kiwi, apples, etc.) and products from producers in Strandzha area

Terms of access:

All products offered in the shop are legally registered according to the Bulgarian and EU requirements. No direct sales are possible by producers different from the owners.

The owner charges 10% from the sales of all farmers’ products sold in the shop to cover the expenses of the place.

All producers different from the owners of the shop sell their products with their own labels, so that they can keep their identity.

This is a  retail shop that sells food to individual consumers.
