Short description of the business and its development stages

Comsoradi Buzău began its activity in 1994, with the opening of a grocery store. Created as family busines, to which the Niță couple was fully committed, the company was eventually extended with the opening of a butcher shop, which was later transformed into a veritable meat factory, by implementing a Sapard project. The investment had a total value of 4 million euro. After years of effort, a production of about 7 tonnes per day was readched; the processing is performed with high-performance equipment purchased through the Sapard program, with approximately 30 employees.

Thus, Comsoradi Buzău today produces the famous Pleșcoi Sausages, for which the certificate of traditional product was obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.“Besides the Pleșcoi Sausages, we also obtained a certificate from the Ministry for the traditional product of “Babac Sârbesc” another Buzău delicacy” Petruța Niță added. The interest of Cosmoradi managers for quality products is also manifested through the investment in a laboratory, so that the raw materials follow the complete production flow, being permanently tested in such a way as to correspond to the most demanding hygiene and quality norms.
