Background:  

Association Caucasnut was founded in 2020 by members of hazelnut producers’ cooperatives Lazi, Narazeni, Kolkha, Ordi, Jikha and Boomerang-777. The main goal of the Association is to help farmers in certification and sale of their product. The Company identifies buyers interested in purchasing hazelnut certified according to Bio and UTZ / Rainforest Alliance standards. Association carries out trainings to improve farmers’ knowledge.

The company operates on Georgian market and cooperates with Bio and UTZ/Rainforest Alliance certified farmers. The processing factory can be accessed by car and public transport.

The center is accessible for:

Bio and UTZ / Rainforest Alliance certified farmers can sell, but it is mandatory to be a member of the Association. Only processing factory can buy hazelnuts.

●      Individual customers, traders, restaurants and shops in Georgia and abroad.

To sell:

●      Certified farmers, which are members of the Association.
